The "yellow mustard" as you call it (imho all mustard is "yellow") is not made of the whole seeds but from rest material that they have after making the good mustard. A Hema Rookworst btw is made by Unox. Also an iconic rookworst brand. (many home brands, also in supermarkets, are made by Unox btw) The "Tompouce/Tompoes/Tom Pouce" is actually not Dutch. It is French and called Millefeule (thousand layers, because of the puff pastry). We adopted, adapted and made it our own. But it's origin is in France in 1651. The top is nt frosting, it is a sugar glaze

Lake Bled is beautiful! Never been there (yet..) but I loved your video. The Julian alps (The mountains of Slovenia ) are stunning too (yes been there) and at Maribor there is some WW II history to learn about. Near Slovenia there are the grottos of Postojna which are really fun to visit pretty much on the road to Opatjia on the Croatian coast. Opatija is a really classy bath town on the adriatic coast. This region is really worth visiting!

Wow. I really enjoyed this video. Bled is very touristy but somehow that's not a bad thing here. I want to know why the lake is sooo blue? Almost looks polluted but I hope it's not that.
